It is important for people interested in working on themselves to develop a daily plan of spiritual practice, known as Sadhana in Sanskrit. Early on, a practitioner needs help in this process as we need to break old habits in order to create new ones. In a one hour session with Eve, she will talk with you to understand your background and from the information that is shared she will develop a comprehensive plan dedicated to develop a practice for you that will help you stay focused on unlocking your spiritual potential. This will include both a full schedule involving Asanas and Meditation Exercises as well as suggestions on an Ayurvedic diet personalized for each client’s needs and well-being.
